Payment, Refund & Service Delivery Policy

1. Payment Policy

Customers can review the details of each product or service on its respective product page. If you have any questions before purchasing, you may contact us through the official WhatsApp number provided on the platform.

After answering your questions and confirming your decision to purchase the product or service, payment can be completed through the payment methods available on the platform.

Registration or booking is considered confirmed once the payment has been successfully completed.

2. Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering our training and services according to the specifications and schedule communicated to the customer before purchase.

If a customer wishes to request a refund, the request must be submitted through the official WhatsApp number provided on the platform, including the customer's name, the name of the program or service, and the reason for the refund request.

Refund Terms for Live Training Programs

• The customer is entitled to a full refund before attending the first session.
• If the customer has attended one session only, they may request a refund, subject to a 15% deduction from the total program fee.
• No refund requests will be accepted after the customer has attended two or more sessions.

Actual attendance will be taken into consideration when applying the refund policy.

Refund Processing Time

If the refund request is approved in accordance with the terms above, the eligible amount will be refunded within a maximum of 10 business days from the date the refund request is submitted and approved.

The refund will be processed using the appropriate available payment method. The actual time for the funds to reach the customer's account may vary depending on the bank or payment provider's processing procedures.

3. Service Delivery Timeline

The timeframe for delivering a product or service varies depending on its nature:

Live Training Programs

Training sessions will be delivered according to the scheduled training plan for the program.

The session schedule and dates will be sent to the customer after payment is completed. The schedule will also be communicated to the customer during the sales process and before the program begins.

Consulting & Customized Services

Before the service begins, the scope of work, expected implementation timeframe, and estimated delivery date will be agreed upon with the customer based on the nature and requirements of the service.

Changes to Service Dates or Schedule

If there are any changes to the scheduled date or delivery timeline, the customer will be informed in advance whenever possible, along with the alternative date or updated arrangements for delivering the service.
